NOTE: When applying a promotional code at checkout on an item this is considered a discounted item, therefore NON Refundable.
*During this COVID -19 period we are accepting exchanges only on Domestic SALE/DISCOUNTED Clothing items but still the NO refund policy applies. There is a 14day exchange period to be used in store or online only during the COVID19 period.
Domestic & International Shipments
All domestic and international orders on Jewellery are FINAL SALE and non-returnable non-refundable. However, we DO exchange (or in some cases, send a replacement) for problematic items such as unnatural colour change, broken metal / missing gems upon arrival, and our manufacturer defects.
All ONLINE Domestic and International Clothing and Accessories (fully priced) are returnable, exchangeable and refundable ONLY within 7 days after delivery date. All garments MUST be returned with all original tags attached. If you need to return an item you can email us on email@example.com so we can advise you where to return it.

Garments must be returned in a sellable condition (all tags need to remain attached and items must be returned with original packaging). We suggest that all garments are tried on by you on receipt so that return can be fulfilled within our policy timeframe. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.
Eligible exchange item(s) must be notified within 7 days of the item delivery date or as otherwise stated. All shipment fees for exchange items are paid by sender but are waived for replacement piece delivery.
Please note that prices do not include international taxes and tariffs, the customer is responsible for paying taxes and tariffs on the declared value of international orders. If the customer declines tax and tariff payment and the package is forfeited at customs, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to the UK.
International orders will ship within 48 hours of receiving your order with the exception of any back ordered items.
If you would like us to ship internationally, and your country is not available, you can place your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your postal code so we can calculate shipping costs.
Terms of Warranty
Our products are covered by our manufacturers defect warranty.
